We believe every individual is unique and valuable, and that we are all trying to move towards integration of mind, body and spirit. We believe in the individual’s ability to move beyond symptoms to a more meaningful life and that each person has the answers to this meaningful life within themselves.

Whether you are currently struggling with a particularly difficult situation/issue in your life or simply trying to gain a better insight or understanding of yourself, we are here to support you.

We can help you to explore and clarify what you would like to change, set personal goals and through the process come to a better understanding of yourself and any presenting issues. 

Our primary focus will be to help you make changes in the here and now. At times it is both important and necessary to understand where certain patterns stem from in terms of understanding causes.  We believe the best approach to therapy is one which encompasses a number of different models to facilitate the needs of each individual.
